Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 25% fee.
No call, no shows will be charged 50% of the appointment cost.
That said, communication goes a long way — if something unexpected comes up, reach out. I'm happy to work with you when possible!
